Promise 16 Judge not, and you shall not be judged.

Merciful Lord,

In my mind, I find that I am constantly judging everyone and everything around me.  I see the shortcomings of others and a feeling of superiority arises within me. These judgements I make are really projections of what I sense inside myself. When I see others as weak, it is my own weakness I see. When I blame others, it is my own guilt I feel. When I see others as unworthy, it is my own worth I am doubting. When I cannot forgive others, it is myself I cannot forgive.

Teach me to give all judgements into Your merciful hands. Let me see others as You do, divine children of a divine Father.

Let me see as Christ sees.
