The Promises of Christ for Comfort & Healing

Promise 33: As you have believed, so let it be done for you. 

Matthew 8:13

Dearest Lord,

            I am humbled by the faith of the centurion who said, “Lord I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word and my servant will be healed.” The centurion’s belief in Christ created the condition for a miracle. What we believe is what we experience. I do not have the wisdom to see that all of my prayers are always answered, according to what I believe. My trust is not yet deep enough to give everything over to You.

            Please teach me how to believe as the centurion did. Teach me understand the power of belief so that I may live the life You want for me.

My prayers are always answered.
